Modir Bondhu is a digital volunteer initiative designed to mobilise socially aware and motivated youth across Assam. The program aims to strengthen digital outreach, amplify development-focused narratives, and build an ecosystem of volunteers. Selected volunteers will promote achievements, share daily content, participate in coordinated campaigns, and help counter misinformation responsibly. Through structured training at State and District levels, Modir Bondhu will emerge as a network of dedicated digital contributors supporting Assam’s development journey.
